Calico Branch Farm is a heavily wooded deer and turkey paradise with Calico Branch as one boundary line. The large pine and hardwood timber has an open under story with turkey sign everywhere as well as a few very fine deer rubs. There also appears to be some hog sign in the area. Calico Branch is a seasonal branch and there are a couple of wet weather water holes on the property. Access to the tract is a short easement to the property from Bethel Church Road. Access within the tract is a fairly good woods road system that takes you to all corners of the property. This property is a very fine timber and wildlife tract.
